Title: Anchovy Yogurt Dressing

1/2cPlain low-fat yogurt;
1tbSalflower; =OR=-
1tbCorn oil;
2tbWhite vinegar;
 pnSalt;
1/8tsWhite pepper;
1clGarlic; minced
2tbFresh parsley; chopped
1tbAnchovy paste;
 dsRed(cayenne)pepper

Excellent dressing for vegetables, pasta, fish, or salads.
